Additionally, we have a grid for lighting, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. Our soundstage is soundproofed with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for cast and crew; that's why we have a greenroom included, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet and camera and equipment packages available for rent. Our theater is the PERFECT space for your next event, podcast, presentation, workshop, class, film screening, birthday party and more! When we are not renting the space to our wonderful clients, our theater features comedy shows, live music, karaoke, and a wide variety of productions. You will LOVE it here!

**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time.** *Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed.
