About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Beautiful newly built independent movie theater space with movable chairs for multipurpose use. We have a 4K Enhanced projector, 160" movie screen, 12 foot stage, 70 seats, Surround Sound w/ Subwoofer, additional Café space for networking events. Space has been used for movie screenings, workshops, film festivals, launch parties, art shows, one-woman shows, variety shows, comedy and more.

Formerly a functioning bank from the early 1900's, this space has been renovated into one of Brooklyn's most unique event spaces. Boasting over 4000 square feet, this rustic space is located in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The Space Main Floor: Unique open space with two loft areas. Cathedral windows on one side with original exposed brick on the other. Built in sound system for light background music, two mezzanine levels, a walk in safe that can has various uses, projection screens and Apple TV. Five chandeliers, all lighting on dimmers and Interchangeable LED lighting. Original vault room allows for private VIP room. Full kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwashers, microwave and ample counter space. Fully-furnished and meticulously kept. The space is managed by my full-service event planning company.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. Welcome to WF Studios! We are a newly built studio located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our studio provides the opportunity for all of your creative needs from production to galleries, and events. The space is a combination of a clean gallery feel in the front of house, and a beautiful raw industrial vibe in the back of house. This multi-use space is great for gallery openings, pop-up shops, cocktail parties, micro weddings, elopements, engagement parties, etc. We frequently have couples book our space to get ready on the day of their wedding as well since we are conveniently located next door to 501 Union and within walking distance of several Brooklyn wedding venues. The studio comes with two hair & makeup stations, a large bathroom with full-length mirror, wet bar with fridge and espresso machine, a wedding dress stand, a large clothing rack, 2 jiffy steamers, a 48" round dining table for catering/craft services, four white desks, one white standing desk (can be used as a bar), 16 folding chairs (in red, pink, black, and white), 2 white leather office chairs, and 4 red swivel stools. There is also a lounge area with a large pink velvet couch, coffee table, and a black wassily armchair.

Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. Within six blocks of the venue there is an abundance of eateries and bars including Chez Alex, Toad Style, Grandchamps, Bed-Stuy Fish-Fry, Sofia and Grace Cookie Company as well as plethora of retailers and storefront businesses such as Bank of America, The Bar Boutique, a Blink Fitness Gym and Red Planet Muay Thai.
