Being a ground floor house with a street-level front door entry and back doors leading to on-site private parking, makes loading and unloading equipment and crew exceptionally easy. Lalita consists of 3 bedrooms; each entirely different with their own individual style/color scheme, 1 movie room/den, 2 full bathrooms, a full chef's kitchen with a 6-16 person dining table and an extremely spacious living room with a wide, round and colorful 'conversation couch'. Lalita Loft features iconic key pieces like the the Ettore Sottsass “Ultrafragola Mirror”, Jack Lenor Larsen chairs (6 dining & 2 lounge), a custom Vladimir Kagan loveseat and reupholstered/reworked vintage pieces made exclusively for Lalita Loft by renowned artists such as Brandi Howe, Michelle Kesselman, Niki Marvin and more. About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. This is a multidisciplinary, artist-led studio dedicated to exploring the dramatic potential of constructed space through performance, film and design. The studio is located on a cobblestone street in Red Hook, this Civil War era warehouse is ideal for large scale work. The main floor is a 6500SF open plan with skylights and windows, 15’ ceilings, exposed brick walls, heavy timber columns and beams, plywood finished floor, and an additional full-size storage cellar. The space is flexible for multiple uses and highly photogenic.

This modular space inside our Tasting Room is great for small meetings, private tastings, casual get togethers, birthday parties, game night, and much more. This is a hybrid art space designed by the celebrated Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Housing a book shop, a pop-up store counter, a cafe, and an art gallery, our space is equipped with movable rail-mounted floating panels, several projectors, and a sound system.

Our café seats about 25 people. Standing room can fit about 30 people. The space is designed with beautiful lighting pendants and sconces on dimmers for a beautiful night affair.
