Being a ground floor house with a street-level front door entry and back doors leading to on-site private parking, makes loading and unloading equipment and crew exceptionally easy. Lalita consists of 3 bedrooms; each entirely different with their own individual style/color scheme, 1 movie room/den, 2 full bathrooms, a full chef's kitchen with a 6-16 person dining table and an extremely spacious living room with a wide, round and colorful 'conversation couch'. Lalita Loft features iconic key pieces like the the Ettore Sottsass “Ultrafragola Mirror”, Jack Lenor Larsen chairs (6 dining & 2 lounge), a custom Vladimir Kagan loveseat and reupholstered/reworked vintage pieces made exclusively for Lalita Loft by renowned artists such as Brandi Howe, Michelle Kesselman, Niki Marvin and more. About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. Spacious 3-Floor Parlor Unit of Brownstone with Open Kitchen, Backyard, Patio, Basement, Projector This is the Parlor unit of a historic brownstone that was renovated in fall of 2020 - a perfect mix of modern and historic. Up the main stairs takes you to the Parlor floor, a floor-through, well-lit, spacious floor with natural light on either side, lofty ceilings, and 2 historic fireplaces. This floor has the following: KITCHEN/BAR: This floor has an open kitchen with a waterfall kitchen island, 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, regular fridge, and farmhouse style sink. There’s a bar area across from the kitchen and 3 barstools. LIVING AREA: Open living area with 3 comfy chairs and a 3 seater sofa, medium sized TV. Some walls have art, but still a lot of white space for presentations DINING AREA: a dining table that seats 6, plus the option to use our available foldout table for more dining capacity indoors. OFFICE/ENTRY: desk area with computer monitor, entry space and 2 window seats for additional seating for 4 people. OUTSIDE: By the kitchen there is a patio with an outdoor grill and table that seats 6, and stairs leading to the spacious backyard below. The backyard has a table that could set up to 10 as well as a fire pit and 2 lounge chairs. There’s turf, twinkle lights, and an herb garden. You can hang a projector screen from the patio and watched movies from the backyard! DOWNSTAIRS: The Garden floor below still gets great natural light and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a flex office area with computer monitor and printer. Unless discussed beforehand, we’d like to keep bedrooms off limits. BASEMENT: the basement is a combination flex space, gym and laundry room with a half bath. There is a 3 seater sofa and 1 lounge chair, as well as a large white wall and projector stand. The gym area has 15 ft of mirrors and rainbow LED lights. This room could be configured for photo shoots or screenings but would require additional furniture/planning. SPEAKERS: the first floor has built in Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, and I have a Marshall speaker that can be used outside or in the basement. We do have a PA system as well.

In what used to be an old, industrial knitting factory, this natural daylight studio is located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. This studio space is two listings/studios combined, over 1,200 square feet with 11ft. tall ceilings, and hardwoods floors. It faces south & west, so expect amazing, direct daylight from sunrise to sunset (even on a cloudy day, the space is evenly lit). It comes furnished, with a couch, wood coffee table, mirrors, decorative accents and plants. Additionally, there is a kitchenette with refrigerator, glassware, cutlery, wood counter top (all of this is included in the booking).
