We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.

At 700 sq ft, Space 4 is our largest available space. Starting at $54 an hour, this 45-person capacity space contains a wall-to-wall mirror with draw curtains, versatile lighting, 12 ft+ ceilings, and a newly installed, sprung dance/performance floor. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! For castings and auditions, please contact us about if you will be needing a waiting room. For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multi-day and after-hours bookings. Please send us an inquiry for student and non-profit discounts. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.

This gorgeous ground level 1700 sq feet space boasts soaring 24" ceilings, large open space, 2 additional private rooms and a kitchen. The Kavanah Space is centrally located in Greenwich Village/Downtown Manhattan. It is the perfect place to host a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, engagement party, brit milah, birthday party or corporate event. It features a stunning 2,000 square foot space that can either be used for an intimate group of 10-25 people or a larger event of up to 80 people.

Started by a fashion stylist and photographer with years of experience in fashion and celebrities (Vogue, i-D, The Face, etc.) we wanted to create an upscale and chic environment to inspire creatives (stylists, photographers, directors, etc.) to fulfill their vision. The space can be used with furnishings or bare walls/seamless to fit your brief! OTHER EVENTS: Our team can work with you for anything you might need for events from PR/product launches to small gatherings of friends. FULL SERVICE: We can supply lighting and equipment for photo shoots through an independent contractor who is great and often less expensive than larger rental houses. We can supply catering or a stocked fridge to meet your needs. We also have a full collection of vintage clothing that can be rented for styling purposes. LOCATION: We are located on a very quiet residential street in the Murray Hill area (east midtown Manhattan). Our location is easy to stock up on what you need - within a block of Trader Joe's, Fairway, Target, and Bed Bath and Beyond. There are lots of local cafes we recommend if needed for catering. ACCESS: Loading in and out is easy - the only stairs are the outside brownstone stairs. Once up those, you’re in! Located at the tip of NoMad, Manhattan – our outdoor space is a rare one. Recently polished up with fresh landscaping and fence restoration, this rustic beauty is ready to go for an intimate garden dinner, weekend retail pop-up, brand launch party, or any special celebration such as a Bridal Shower, Birthday Party and more.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.
