If you wish to extend your session, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your booking concludes. Late extension requests will be subject to a 1.5x overtime rate. ⏰ Buffer Period: We allocate a 30-minute interval between successive bookings to facilitate proper cleaning and preparation. 🔧 Responsible Usage: You are held accountable for any damages resulting from your actions or those of your guests during your reservation. A thorough inspection of the studio takes place both before and after your session. Any incurred damages will be invoiced through the Peerspace platform. 🛋️ Furniture Arrangement: Kindly refrain from relocating permanent furniture items (such as the sofa, rug, pedestals, coffee table, entryway table, dining table, arch, and faux mantle). This precaution ensures safety, minimizes disruption, and avoids potential damages. We also request that you do not stand on the furniture. Should any of the furniture be found moved from its original placement post-booking, a $100 fee will be applied via Peerspace. 🚫 Food and Beverages: Please take care to keep food and liquids off the floors and all furniture surfaces. You are welcome to use the kitchen area for dining and refreshments. 🗑️ Clean Environment: Dispose of your trash in the designated bins to maintain a tidy environment. 🚫 Compliance and Violations: Any breach of these guidelines may result in immediate ejection from the premises by our studio host, with no refund provided. A reservation for this space includes use of the open space on the floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables, round tables, and theater style seating options. Chairs and small tables may be moved during the reservation. We just ask that they are returned to their original spot by the end of the reservation. The long white tables with 8 black seats each in the photos cannot be moved since they are fixed in place. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. A training room and meeting rooms on the same floor are not included in this configuration option and may be reserved by other groups. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby. The building front door is open from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Anytime outside those hours, event hosts will need to have someone available in the lobby to let their guests into the building and scan the elevator access card. Hosts may also post a sign with a phone number to call or provide a phone number to guests in advance. Hosts will then need to have someone go down to the lobby to assist their guests get inside and use the elevator. Reservations are only being considered through 2023 since the space is also available for lease.
