This modern fitness facility is a 2,500 square foot open gym with visible open ducts displaying a loft decor. It is a beautiful, clean space for photo shoots, commercial filming and more! Great open area, wifi, TV, sound system, and 10 available chairs for use. Gym includes: Cardio equip, dumbells, barbells, squat racks, pull up bars, cable machines, sleds, tires, ropes, kettle bells and turf!

This space is perfect for Interview Filming, Photo Shoot, Movie Filming and Meetings. PLEASE NOTE: The Bedroom, upstairs balcony and 2nd full bath upstairs are avaliable as an ADD ON. My space is a one of a kind photo studio. We have a gallery complimented with relaxing mood lighting. A hair and makeup lounge with chairs, mirrors, and beauty lighting. We also have a beautiful luxurious lounge complete with hi-fidelity sound system and a 75" screen tv. And the photo studio is very spacious with incredibly high ceilings and a cargo bay door for large items.
