Our venue is a real art studio decorated with stunning art and furniture. We have plenty of free parking space, handicap access. 2000 sq. ft in total with different ambients we do have a lounge area called the bohemian room, our kitchen's name is Hell's Bar equipped with microwave fridge with freezer and a additional freezer perfect for ice, we do not have a stove but feel free to bring your personal chef or catering service our kitchen is spacious for food and drinks serving. our bathroom is stunning, we do have a baby grand piano that cannot be remove or moved, our floors are hand painted and covered with epoxy, that's why Furniture and artwork may only be removed or replaced upon request. we do have Enough space for 50 people. we just I'm proved our AC units, now we have a fresh high end luxury space to share with our community. be part of the experience. ask for a walk through visit! see you soon! Our installations are located in a commercial park, therefore is very safe and clean, parking lot is fenced, but public and shared with other warehouses. As we all know is prohibited to hang out with alcoholic beverages in public spaces by federal law. So please don’t hang out in our parking lot. please keep our outsides clean, no garbage and obviously no peeing in the area, a fine of $110 USD will be assessed for each tule not followed. A monitoring system is I. Place to make sure adherence to these rules are taking place. Please enjoy yourselves without causing distress to our neighbors and society.

Parking right in front of the studio and around the building, a unique Brewery serving as Bar for cocktails with Beer and wine license and a delicious food truck with Peruvian\ Japanese food mix or food menu can be change to your needs. Outdoor patio with cozy lightning and furniture to bring in your video/ photo productions, team meetings, gatherings and more.

Enjoy our roof top for wonderful city views, sunsets. Hang out in the front yard of the house by the tree swings or water fountain surrounded by tropical landscape all around. This house is perfect for films, shoots that want to have ornate decorations in the background as well you enjoy truly antiques furniture, pieces of Art and bronze statues. If you need darker place without natural light we have shutters all over the house to darker the place in seconds and many others features, come see and enjoy it!

This is a 13,000 square feet warehouse with full AC, equipped with Wifi, and has space for events and music videos. We rent the space per hour or daily as a whole or a specific area, depending on your event. The location is a showroom for exotic car rentals and the cars can be part of your event with an additional fee. Please contact us for more information!

You will love my space because it is very modern, in a new building with ample parking space, super safe, one block from Amazon, a few blocks from NBC Telemundo, and Ikea, lots of restaurants nearby (Chipotle, Chili's, Burger-Fi, etc) The ceiling is 22 feet high, the CYC wall is huge. Italian open kitchen, places to change, bathrooms, one with a shower. Internet wi-fi is free. You will love this place!
