Should you need additional equipment, we have a large range of gear on-site available to rent for an additional fee. If you need a photographer, we can help you out with that too. LOFT 4 is a 2200 Square ft. Shabby Chic full floor open LOFT designed for Film and Photography Productions. Built in 1910, the building was originally a carriage house for horses. The all white floors, mixed with the original tin ceiling tiles, great natural light, and white brick walls make it great for Lifestyle Shoots or Interviews. We have tastefully curated select furniture that gives the space a unique look and feel, while still allowing for a lot of negative space for photo/film productions. There is a 10'x20' freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft.

Our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district, has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 35+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 40 people in theater style set up, 25 people with chair and tables set up, networking event for up to 50 people. We can seat about a total of 40 people. We have (7) 6-feet and (3) 4-feet tables office tables. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks we rent out to showrooms.

This is 800 sq ft of raw space located directly off a hotel lobby. The room has 15ft ceilings, limestone flooring and projector and screen for any marketing sound system and wi fi all included. The room is bare in décor however we can provide you with minimum - 2 arms chairs, the giant mirror and 6ft folding style tables for setting up displays should you request it. Any other décor would need to be rented and we would be happy to assist you with ideas and vendors should you request.
