This is the perfect space for a food photo or video shoot, dinner parties, and kitchen demos! It has all brand new GE appliances including a dishwasher and wine fridge. There is a large countertop that is attached to the stove, making it ideal for entertaining guests or a camera while cooking. The studio has a an L shape that has an eight person dining room table parallel to the kitchen and a saw horse with multiple surfaces next to the kitchen. This allows for the perfect set-up but all furniture can be moved according to the event. We also have 3X 8ft fold-out tables to use if needed. We have over 500 plates, glasses, linens, and small tableware props that come with the cost of rental but do require a $250 accidental breakage deposit. The space is centrally located on the UES - blocks away from Whole Foods, Fairway, Ulta, H&M, and Duane Reade. It can comfortably hold 12 for shooting, 25 for a dinner party (would require you to bring your own tables and chairs to accommodate number), and 35 for a standing cocktail party.

Three friendly cats remain on premises but our Alen Breathesmart Air Purifier runs 24/7, eliminating dander from the air. Allergens have never posed a problem. Our lounge area can accommodate up to 150 standing or a combination of 75 seated and 50 standing. The Main dining room can accommodate up to 250 standing or 175 seated with a possibility of combining seating and standing at all different scenarios. The private dining room can accommodate up to 25 dinners. After 5:00 pm events have a minimum spend base on day of the week. Smoking is not allowed at any time. Pets allowed as long as there is no food served at the same time of the event. We will not allow outside catering and not allow outside liquor or wine at any time do to to NY State Liquor License Laws. If set up time is required outside of the event day it will be charge on a case to case basis.
