We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.
The Mansionβs opulence and artistry often leaves guests awestruck the moment they open the door. This venue provides an ideal and utterly unique experience for any private event, launch party, company happy hour, after-party, elite VIP retreat, fashion show, or showcase for artists.
There are 2 rooms; the main room resembles a 19th-century bachelorβs haven, featuring black walls, a bright sun room, bright and bold contemporary art, an overhead chandelier, fireplace, and french doors that swing out onto a thousand-foot outdoor terrace. The kitchen and bathroom are immaculate works of art & design: both bold black. The other room as we call " the parlor room" faces the famous 8th street with its own large balcony and restroom, which can be used an additional breakout room, photo studio or prep area.
The Japanese toilet features a pilot's cockpit of electronic displays, featuring adjustments that include a heated the seat, warmed floor, and additional services. The shower and bath are bone-colored white and ringed with a transparent & luminescent curtain, behind which is a window that opens onto a lovely green garden on the outdoor terrace.
The wrought iron spiral staircase leads to a private bedroom space upstairs, which is another beautiful piece that adds to the ambiance as the gothic seamlessly gives way to an expanse of stunning Asian minimalism featuring warm wood tones, light colored floors, a bright kitchen, Zen Shoji sliding doors, and windows looking out onto tall green trees.
With this location, your guests will experience such a thrill that only great design and architecture can confer, design that was seven years in the making. This venue is extremely fun, decadent, and ultimately breathtaking.

Once a social club, this unique corner space tucked away from the bustle of South Williamsburg is a dreamscape for creatives and makers of all kinds. Any of the three rooms here lend themselves to the versatility of an intimate gathering, retail pop up, art gallery, movement class, workshop, and anything more one might imagine.
The 900 sq ft first floor has two large walls on opposing ends of the space that open floor-to-ceilings doorways to each street, inviting passersby to wander in, or guests to flow freely in and out. A custom spiral staircase takes you from the main corner room into a 400 sq ft cool, seductive cavesque area full of LED color light options with space to dance, play or lounge.
Bluetooth Sound System: There are 4 large Bose speakers throughout the space. They are wired to every room so you have continuous sound throughout. Receiver can also hook up to a soundboard for a DJ to play.
There is a minimum of 4 hours bookings on weekends.

π Check-In
The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed.
π Check-Out
We provide you with a 30 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 5 hours. We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave.
π Cleaning Fee
There is a cleaning fee of $100.

HOUSE RULES
β£ All reservations require a license agreement
All events/productions require a $500 security deposit to be collected prior to the start of reservation and to be returned the following day upon inspection. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events/productions. Additional insurance may also be required at the discretion of the host.
No smoking inside.
NO USE OF CANDLES (Other than for cake).
ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI.
β£ Any glitter or confetti will result in a total loss of security deposit.
All decorations brought in must be removed and taken out or thrown away.
β Music/Sound
Any sound system/speakers brought into the space must be approved by owner/manager/staff of Rosa New York.
Any live music must end by 10pm.
Music volume must remain at a fair volume that will not disturb the neighborhood. All music must be off by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete.
β Guests
All guests must also exit the space by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete, unless they are participating in the clean up. It is 100% your responsibility to relay all rules and information about the space to your guests.
β Food & Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave. If you wish to sell alcohol, you would need to obtain a permit from the city. Outside catering is allowed at no extra charge, but please inquire about our catering partners, they are amazing!
β Garbage
We will provide plenty of garbage and recycling bags & bins. When your garbage is full, please dispose of it in the designated area.(i.e. donβt put balloons with air inside garbage, place garbage in the allocated garbage dumpsters, donβt leave decorations hanging from the tree, etc.) Please try to recycle and most importantly break down any boxes left behind.
An extra cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if food, plates, cups, etc. are not thrown out, and boxes are not broken down and put in the designated area. Please place all garbage in the garbage, and we will take care of the rest.
β Furniture
Please make sure to move all furniture back to its original position. Downstairs furniture must remain downstairs. Upstairs furniture must remain upstairs. Any damage to space or furniture may result in extra charges.
β Checkout
Please be ready for walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking time. A fee of $250 will be charged if you are not checked out on time, and an additional $250 will be charged every 30 minutes that the space is still occupied by you or your guests.

This space offers a spacious modern/artsy living room with a vibrant modern mid-century couch, lots of original copyright-free art, a sunny and charming dining room, an open kitchen with granite tops (modern appliances), and a ample balcony with a BBQ Grill and gorgeous city skyline and Hudson River views.

As a plan B, there are three parking garages near by (not free), one is literally under the building, the entrance is located on 51st street. The second one is on 52nd street next to the Skyline Hotel, and the third one (the cheapest one, perfect for bigger cars), is located on 50th street near between 9th and 8th Ave.

We are a newly built studio located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our studio provides the opportunity for all of your creative needs from production to galleries, and events. Excellent for your photo/video shoots, Interviews, and bringing all of your creative ideas to life!
The studio is one large 1600 sqft space, with 13ft ceilings and gorgeous brick. The space is a combination of a clean gallery feel in the front of house, and a beautiful raw industrial vibe in the back of house. The studio gets natural lighting from multiple light sources that can also be blacked out.
We are located on the ground floor with ramps for load-in if needed, and free street parking all around the block. We are a short walk to the Red Hook Piers or DUMBO. A 10 minute walk to the F/G Carroll stop, or directly outside the Battery Tunnel/BQE.

We typically have standard colors in house and included in rental - we are happy to source any color/size you need but please inquire about inventory before booking date.
About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space.
If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time.
We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present.
11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.
Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920sβ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck.
The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities.
Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. Itβs a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life.
Due to constant wear and tear, some of the furniture on the listing photos might be in repair or replaced. If there is a particular furniture thatβs crucial for your event, please inquire or schedule a virtual or site visit.
