The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for a variety of shoot settings. Behind the main kitchen is a hidden prep kitchen with an additional set of appliances (another gas range, fridge, dishwasher and more storage space) perfect to keep all the mess away from the camera.

The bar is perfect to throw an event because it has a great sound system and you can have a DJ or a Live band! Its perfect for a film location for commercials, brand deals, movies, reality tv shows, Food shows about alcohol, the list goes on. You'll love the place!!! We are a fully functional bar. It's hard to have private parties on Friday and Saturday evenings. We can accommodate your event on those days but it won't be private. We can give you private tables and bottle service. We're so excited to announce that a new office has been added to the Beach House suites! Our only second floor office has beautiful large windows that cover the majority of one of the walls, allowing the space to flood with warm natural light during the day. Also lining the periphery of the space are a series of built in couches that are perfect for lounging with your laptop while sunbathing! The office comes equipped with an adjustable glass table island in the middle that can comfortably seat 4 people but can be separated to accommodate as many as 8! Along the side wall there are another two desks that can seat 2 but can also be adjusted to accommodate as many as 8 - creating a total of at least 16 seats at the tables as well as people sitting on the couches! One of the biggest perks of this office is the fact that it is soundproofed and shares a wall with a sound studio! This space is perfect for musicians as well as other creative types. This office is situated on the upper floor of the cowork. The office comes with 5 key fobs and 24/7 access to the Beach House and all of its amenities. Life is better at the beach!!

My space has a very welcoming, calming and open feel to it with concrete floors, industrial track lighting and raw white wood fixtures. It is adorned with plants, decor details, a sitting area, wall art, very large mirrors, sky lights, tall ceilings, large storefront window and an small private alley in the back.
