Our space space is newly renovated with freshly painted white walls, tall ceilings, light wood floors, and large north facing windows that allow for ample natural lighting. There are dressing rooms to make changing in the space super convenient. We also have access to a beautiful rooftop with incredible views of downtown Chicago.

This is a recording studio. The price of a session is $75/h including recording, mixing and mastering. We co-produced some songs that charted on billboards and iTunes. This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. The private patio is free to use and strung with lights to create a casual mood. We have a grill available for a small fee. Our kitchen is at your disposal. Enjoy filtered water, fresh coffee and keep your drinks cool with access to our refrigerator. A yoga, meditation, and nap space in the Chicago Loop that operates during work hours. This means that we have a lot of open space that we love to fill! The space is great for fitness, dance, yoga, or meditation groups; however, it also has space to host other experiences. If you can dream it, we would love to help you make it happen!

It's a boutique personal training gym with 26 foot ceiling. The entire western wall is exposed brick. There is a modern lighting design and a 15 foot garage door that opens on the southern end of the space. There are 6 parking spaces included. Budweiser and others have shot commercials here. This place looks like it could be in Dwell magazine.
