Our vintage wood photo / video production studio is very versatile and can easily be rearranged to accommodate a number of different setups and backdrops. There are large industrial windows that offer soft natural light throughout the day and warm golden hour. One of our walls is covered in vinyl records and is the perfect location for a music shoot or vintage look. We have 9 different solid color backdrops, all of which are available for free. A studio manager will be on-site to assist for the duration of your shoot; we have a curtain room divider available for privacy / changing. There are blackout curtains available for the windows. The space has a few pieces of basic furniture which can be moved around easily; these items include desks, chairs, mirror and plants. Complimentary water and snacks. FREE LIGHTS - 2 LED, temperature adjustable constant lights (for video) FREE TOOLS - Plenty of light stands, diffusers, tripods, clamps, tape, extension cords - Small assortment of stools and chairs Our building offers a private restroom down the hallway from our studio. Embrace the power of green with our 12' x 17' on-site green screen cyclorama. Concrete floors allow for a myriad of filming opportunities (athletics, instructionals, bouncing, jumping, etc.). Our screen meets the natural floor, so it is NOT a raised stage. By December 1st, 2020, the green screen will also feature an overhead grid for hanging your lights and lighting the greenscreen backdrop. Outlets are located in the ceiling overhead, which makes powering up your lights an absolute breeze. There is a small but comfortable seating area for your talent or for when you need a break. A 50" TV is connected to WiFi, or you can plug your laptop / computer in and preview the day's footage. Do not use the desks in the back, computers, or take any items off of the black shelving. Our studio is a thoughtfully curated space meant to make our guests feel welcomed and right at home. The studio is split into two sections, a small office-like space on the upper level and a spacious “shooting” area with two separate setups on the lower level. The office section has a vanity mirror/desk for makeup and a small table for photo editing. You will need to bring your own laptop. The office is separated by a small staircase leading to the main shooting floor. Our studio is set up for photography/videography. The studio’s north wall has a seamless paper backdrop setup hanging from the ceiling set up (seamless paper is included in rental). You are allowed to bring your own seamless paper to hang from our mobile tripod setup. Most of the walls in the studio are brick. We are proud of our humble little space, especially taking into consideration that we built the vanity mirror by hand over the course of a few days. We hope that this studio is just the first of many to come in the future!

Located In Fulton Market, our studio offers a beautiful quiet and professional workspace for photo shoots & video productions, as well as meetings & events. Space has 60" smart tv, sofa, microwave, mini fridge, mounted backdrops, bluetooth speaker, wifi. We have 700 square ft available with 15 foot ceilings. A separate room that could used as a makeup or dressing room, or even an additional place to shoot. Equipped with a sofa, stylist chair, and 55 inch Tv (Not included inquire to add to booking) White 9' backdrop is included with the booking. Colored paper backdrops are an additional fee at $10 per roll. Current available backdrop colors: White, Artic, Blue, Yellow (gold), Black.
