This home, like the Picasso and Chagall on it's interior walls, is 'Original, And One Of A Kind' property. As you walk through the copper hammered front door and enter the anteroom, you are transported to the upper levels in an open framed cast iron elevator, which climbs through four stories of wrap around circular stone staircase, during the ascent your senses are brought to full attention to bear witness to every exquisite detail as each floor is revealed. Floor to ceiling glass walls accentuate the grand scale of the master suite giving way to jetliner views stretching from downtown LA to the ocean from the master bed. Draped with tapestries, fabric and hand made rugs, there has never been a more seamless mix of luxury and comfort. Adjoining the master bedroom is the master bath, encased in exquisite jade colored marble and boasting a Jacuzzi with views over the city and a double headed shower. Three other en suite bedrooms boast custom fixtures and layouts designed so everyone lives like a king. Antique folding wooden doors encase floor to ceiling windows on the fourth floor, which open up to a stunning all tile pool and spa, as well as an endless view from the city to the water. 18' cathedral ceilings soar overhead, and the distressed copper kitchen cabinets accompany an antique stove, and crystal and cast iron chandeliers.

With just under 5000 square feet of space in LA's east side neighborhood of Highland Park, this space is the perfect eclectic backdrop for your next event. Our graffiti walls and lush fruit trees create the perfect balance of urban and garden. The neighborhood is quiet but offers an array of local storefronts and restaurants. Our full-time job is to provide our community with a place of learning and hands-on experience for anyone who wants to grow, all while being a one-stop-shop for organic vegetable gardeners. We are an event space that cares; we offer an alternative to the ordinary. The space is open air with 1/3 of the property covered by a 20' high overhang. Rustic farm tables and benches, string lighting, and an in-house audiovisual system is included with your rental.

Artist Studio in Treehouse Cabin with natural trails on spacious property Nestled in the heart of Topanga this 2 acres property features a rustic treehouse cabin with a large artist studio on the second level. The studio area has vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, 2 skylights, bamboo floors, 3 glass sliding doors and lots of natural light. The studio also has a wood deck that wraps around 2 sides of the structure, overlooking the creek. Below the studio treehouse, there is an open-air space with concrete floors that works great for staging and other various production needs. This area has optional canvas curtains for more privacy and can also be utilized for filming if it fits your location needs. This treehouse studio is situated in the center of our grounds offering easy access to all other areas around the property! Surrounding the treehouse there is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval. The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a natural wood bridge that overlooks the natural creek-bed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creek-bed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees. There are also several vantages points to shoot the creek from high angles. Additional interior areas may be available upon request and on a case by case basis. A generator is available onsite for excess power capabilities. The on-site manager will also be available during shoots. Parking for up to 9 vehicles or 4 trailers on site, as well as street parking available on the boulevard. There is a nearby lot ( 2 min drive) available for rent for multiple large trailers, production trucks, and shuttle service. This property has been used in several films including Prizzi's Honor directed by John Huston. Perfectly restored 1970's surf camper filled with groovy vintage accents and deluxe comforts from America's surfing heyday. The Caravan is located in the groovy village of Los Feliz at the foothills of the Griffith Park in East Hollywood. It's an amazing walking neighborhood with dozens of restaurants and bars, 2 movie theaters, a Metro stop, library, the Griffith Park and more in just a couple of blocks.

A historic landmark featured in major films and photo shoots. Built in 1928, currently a bridal salon/retail space, which can be used as is, or re-styled to suit your needs. The beautiful exterior welcomes you with a brick facade and turtle pond at the entrance. Inside, the main room is light-filled (perfect for film photography), with an elegant arrangement of antique furniture. The tall, original hand-painted wood beamed ceilings, mural wall, grand mirrors and stone archway tell a story of another time. Complete with 2 large dressing rooms, and a gown gallery filled with vintage inspired wedding dresses. The back office area consists of 3 offices, 3 restrooms, a sewing workroom, and full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and microwave, perfect for crew lunches and/or catering setup.

General Note: We are typically booked three months in advance. Built in 1914, the theater is the oldest remaining theater on South Main Street. Ready for anything, the theater is the perfect location for your Corporate Event, Personal Celebrations and everything in between. Known for its sloped floor, proscenium archway and gothic-inspired ceiling, the theater is a true relic and the last remaining historic movie theater on Downtown LA’s Main Street. The theater rental includes access to our production quality audio and lighting setup, staffing, in-house furniture, two dressing rooms, marquee, first floor and mezzanine. The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee.
