Please take a moment to read the entire description to make sure the space will be a good fit. I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have :) Our 2500 square ft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other private events. The layout is very open and all furniture can be moved around as you like. If you want all of the furniture removed prior to your event, please select the furniture removal add on when booking. There are three large windows that let in natural light during the day. Overhead lights can be adjusted from extremely bright to almost pitch black at night. The windows face the top of a roof so you will enjoy privacy. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends). If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate. That means that even if you had fewer guests for some or most of the time during the event, if the number of guests attending is more than originally booked, every single hour will be charged at the new rate. If the event exceeds maximum capacity of the space, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund. Please be transparent and honest about the nature of the event/number of expected guests. If we are unable to accommodate your event, we can refer you to people who can. Please be conscious that the booking time includes set-up and clean up. Please do not come earlier than your booked time starts or leave later than your booked time ends. No large parties. No nightclub or rave type events. No ticket sales/entry charge. No selling alcohol. No underage drinking/consumption. We may require a refundable cleaning deposit depending on the nature of the event and number of guests, which be returned at the end of the event (or following day for night time events) as long as the space is left undamaged and reasonably clean. This is due before the start of the event. We are more than happy to give you an in person or virtual walk through of the space, and recommend it. Just send a message to schedule a time! Please limit in person walk throughs to one per event. You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of your event.

Designed to provide a multi-functional area, this studio is a spacious 1,900 sq. ft rectangular shaped room with an abundance of natural light shining in from the east through our windows. The clean white walls, 9' ceiling and gorgeous pillars make our studio an ideal space for any type of photo shoots and filming. Our space offers classic smooth white walls as well as a white bricked wall for urban style concepts. The entire area is on the 4th floor of the building, which is located only a few blocks from the California Mart and the Santee Alley. There are restrooms, refrigerator and always a staff who will do the best to accommodate our clients' requests during their hours of stay. To make sure the entire place functions as shooting space, we've incorporated mobility to our vanity and wardrobe stations. We're also able to black out the entire studio if your project requires a place that is completely free of light outside. We have a freight elevator for those who bring lots of stuff! Which can be accessible from the alleyway behind our building. There are tons of meter parking surrounding the building as well as parking lots within a block's range for flat rates. Depending on the hours of your booking, we will guide you to the best parking lot option. We are super pet friendly, as long as you clean up after them! Please make sure to notify us what type of pet you may be bringing prior to the date of renting in order to ensure safety. *Please make sure the area is left the same condition as the beginning of the rent time.
