The sound system is great and we have some vinyl Dj equipment available to use. We have a large screen projector available to tie into. This beautiful, modern wellness event space is perfect for your workshop, pop-up shop, yoga and pilates sessions, open-mic vibes, photography session, life celebration, and other projects. The ground floor room has plenty of natural light, and large windows and connects to our private, furnished backyard, covered for rain and shine! Even the bathroom has a baby changing table for the little ones. Our venue in the heart of Bed-Stuy will become your favorite canvas for the memories you will create. We want to make this rental as convenient and easy for you. Feel free to place refreshments, decor, gifts, or materials on the white, marble countertops. The rental also includes 14 stools and Bluetooth speakers for you to get a head start on your event planning. **IMPORTANT** Please include SET-UP and CLEAN-UP time in your booking. If you would like to use the space from, for example, 12 pm to 4 pm, please book from 11 am to 5 pm. We grant a 15-minute grace period after the booking. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly.

Outside catering and delivery is allowed. Rooftop access for smoking. Please stay within your space during the booking. No Confetti. If confetti is found and not cleaned up will be an automatic $100 cleaning fee.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Welcome to our gorgeous space! We proudly present a 1200 square foot space with exposed brick and huge white walls, with several beautiful plants, a fantastic leather armchair and a sensational velvet sofa. We offer twenty 9-foot seamless papers for you to choose from, plus Profoto equipment like the D1 and softboxes, reflectors and umbrellas at no charge! We have 40 chairs and 4 tables available for rent as well for any event you'd like to do, whether it's a baby shower, dinner or party. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please.
