My space has been recently remodeled and looks great! The design is warm and cozy and the layout is perfect for a large group, party, reception, shower, film shoot or casual business affairs. We can also host kids birthday parties that include unlimited pinball and karaoke! We have excellent beverages and access to a full list of catering options. The sound system is great and we have some vinyl Dj equipment available to use. We have a large screen projector available to tie into. Welcome to a classic historic Flatbush townhome built in 1910 with an open floor plan. Two full floors of the house are available for rent, as well as the backyard.
The kitchen / dinging room, living room, and bedroom are on the main parlor floor. Each room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful original wooden floor boards running through the whole house. The rooms are separated by large arches between each room (no doors) allowing the house to feel open and grand, and is great for photography and film crews who need wide angles and depth for their shots. There are curtains between each room if you would like to section the house off.
The decor of the house leans English cottage / rustic country style with bohemian touches, lots of natural wood tones and eclectic furniture and art. You may move any art or furniture to better fit your project as long as you put it back. There is a private garden with a porch in connected to the kitchen.
The garden level has a second living room, guest bedroom, music studio, and dressing room. There are plenty more props and furniture to use downstairs. Large crews often choose to use the extra space downstairs as holding space as well as a place for craft services.
All spaces are open for photo and film shoots, music video shoots, content shoots, dinner parties, and other artistic ventures and events.

We are a newly built studio located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our studio provides the opportunity for all of your creative needs from production to galleries, and events. Excellent for your photo/video shoots, Interviews, and bringing all of your creative ideas to life!
The studio is one large 1600 sqft space, with 13ft ceilings and gorgeous brick. The space is a combination of a clean gallery feel in the front of house, and a beautiful raw industrial vibe in the back of house. The studio gets natural lighting from multiple light sources that can also be blacked out.
We are located on the ground floor with ramps for load-in if needed, and free street parking all around the block. We are a short walk to the Red Hook Piers or DUMBO. A 10 minute walk to the F/G Carroll stop, or directly outside the Battery Tunnel/BQE.
We do have equipment and prop rentals available if needed, please inquire about full list ( Not all EQ will be available in house and will need to be requested ahead of time.)

The space is primarily a comedy club that has 2 rooms. One we use for the show room (set up with a stage, 60 chairs, and audio mixing equipment) and the front space is where we hang. We call the nostalgic vibe "grandma's basement" - cozy, lots of seating, bright colors. The beauty of both rooms is that we can help them be whatever you want. We are a barebones operations (that is rich with furniture) so you have a lot of room to make it your own. Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area.
We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan.
Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. Within six blocks of the venue there is an abundance of eateries and bars including Chez Alex, Toad Style, Grandchamps, Bed-Stuy Fish-Fry, Sofia and Grace Cookie Company as well as plethora of retailers and storefront businesses such as Bank of America, The Bar Boutique, a Blink Fitness Gym and Red Planet Muay Thai. Fulton Street is nearby, offering endless transportation options, including the A/C trains as well as abundance cross-Brooklyn bus service.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space.
If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time.
We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present.
11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.
Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience.
In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored.
Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.)

Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup.

The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed.

We provide you with a 30 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 5 hours. We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave.

All events/productions require a $500 security deposit to be collected prior to the start of reservation and to be returned the following day upon inspection. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events/productions. Additional insurance may also be required at the discretion of the host. We generally do not require a deposit for off-site meetings.

⎊ Food & Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave. If you wish to sell alcohol, you would need to obtain a permit from the city. Outside catering is allowed at no extra charge, but please inquire about our catering partners, they are amazing!
⎊ Garbage
We will provide plenty of garbage and recycling bags & bins. When your garbage is full, please dispose of it in the designated area. Please try to recycle and most importantly break down any boxes left behind.
An extra cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if food, plates, cups, etc. are not thrown out, and boxes are not broken down and put in the designated area. Please place all garbage in the garbage, and we will take care of the rest.

Please DO NOT MOVE the large wooden table in the center of the room OR the black antique divider. If you move any furniture inside, please make sure to move them back at the end of your reservation. Any food or beverage stains on any wooden table tops inside or outside the space will result in additional charges. Please bring table cloths if you don’t feel confident your setup will not damage our tables. A $250 refinishing fee will apply to each damaged table.

Please be ready for walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking time. A fee of $250 will be charged if you are not checked out on time, and an additional $250 will be charged every 30 minutes that the space is still occupied by you or your guests.

Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception.
