Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. Within six blocks of the venue there is an abundance of eateries and bars including Chez Alex, Toad Style, Grandchamps, Bed-Stuy Fish-Fry, Sofia and Grace Cookie Company as well as plethora of retailers and storefront businesses such as Bank of America, The Bar Boutique, a Blink Fitness Gym and Red Planet Muay Thai. Fulton Street is nearby, offering endless transportation options, including the A/C trains as well as abundance cross-Brooklyn bus service. Check-Out - We provide you with a 30 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 5 hours. We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave. Furniture/Decorations and Accessories: Feel free to dress our space up! A lot of the interior furniture is modular, and upon request may be can be moved/removed to fit your needs. All furniture must be returned to its original position. Sitting or dancing on tables is strictly prohibited. No candles except for cake candles. All decorations brought in must be removed after the event. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed. Violations may result in a fine. Music and Sound: Any sound equipment brought in must be approved by Host. Live music must conclude by 12am and also subject to approval by host. Music volume should be considerate of the neighborhood and must be turned off by 1am on weekends and 12am on weeknights. Guest Policy: All guests must vacate the premises by 2am on weekends or 12am on weeknights, or at the conclusion of the reservation, unless involved in cleanup. It's the booker's responsibility to communicate all rules to guests. Food and Beverage: Alcohol is permitted, but excessive drinking is not tolerated. Guests must leave if excessively intoxicated. Selling alcohol requires a permit and additional insurance. If alcohol or outside catering service will be served at the event, the placement of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment, etc. and vendor, must be approved by the venue no later than one week before the event. This ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards. Outside catering is allowed at no extra cost, with inquiries about preferred catering partners encouraged. Waste Management: Garbage and recycling bags and bins are provided. Dispose of garbage in the designated area. Failure to clean up properly incurs a $60 cleaning fee. Recycle and break down boxes before leaving. Checkout Procedure: Be prepared for a walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking. Late checkout incurs a $50 fee, with an additional $50 charged for every 30 minutes beyond the booked time. Capacity Limit: The maximum capacity of the space must not be exceeded at any time during the event to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Failure to follow this rule may result in an immediate shut down of the event.

This "only in New York" kitchen studio was built out from a raw space in a converted warehouse near the revitalized waterfront in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood. It has the charm of an old factory--high ceilings, original exposed brick, thick wooden beams, wood floors, and an open layout. It has a well organized, flexible, and professionally stocked kitchen and the room can convert to an intimate dining space for up to 35 people. But the space is flexible, with movable and foldable tables, and may be used for a range of different projects and events. A wall of natural light makes it ideal for photo and video shoots. It's been used for everything from cocktail parties to team building retreats to art classes to pop up dinners.

This four story Brooklyn towhome is a collection of four dreamy floors, each creating it's own unique vibe and setting. From exposed brick walls and wood beams to an oversized glass garage door opening up to the large backyard, this space is an over the top yet charming take on a lofty Brooklyn home.

Perfect for rehearsals, classes that involve movement (yoga, improv, etc.), film shoots, and of course performances! The stage space is 16 feet wide by 13 feet deep. A set of curtains separate the stage from the backstage space. Backstage, you'll find a green screen wall, a mini fridge, a couch, armchairs, and Keurig coffee machine - please feel free to use what you'd like! The stage right wall of the theater is a deep, rich, unique purple color. Tech booth, sound board, and basic lighting board are available, as are regular house lights. We have risers set up, as well as 45 fixed seats, and we can seat up to 50 people by adding additional chairs. Please note that you're welcome to use everything, but please keep in mind that this is a theater venue, not a blank event space. We cannot remove risers. We are also a theater venue in that we are not a concert venue. While we've had musicians, student concerts, musicals, and other things of that nature in the space, we're not set up to host events as if we were the Barclays Center. We're a blackbox theatre venue, we can't accommodate music that shakes the building or audiences that want to slam around the space. As of December 2023, we officially have fixed seats in the venue, which are listed in our photos. We have kept other photos in our gallery here that still show the old seating so that guests can still see lighting and equipment. UPDATED HOST RULES FOR CLARITY: - Rental hours are billed from beginning of set up, to end of clean up - this means that the time you book is the time that you have. We often have multiple bookings in a row, so we cannot accommodate surprise early in times or extra load out times. - Please do not bring in your own sound systems. We're not that kind of space. - Alcohol can be served, but not sold. - We do not have a kitchen, but catered events are welcome!
