Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. Within six blocks of the venue there is an abundance of eateries and bars including Chez Alex, Toad Style, Grandchamps, Bed-Stuy Fish-Fry, Sofia and Grace Cookie Company as well as plethora of retailers and storefront businesses such as Bank of America, The Bar Boutique, a Blink Fitness Gym and Red Planet Muay Thai. Every room is equipped with pendant dimmable lighting, as well as having the option for total black out studio lighting. 3,000sqft. of space and 20ft. tall ceilings make it the perfect place for productions, big or small. Being a ground floor house with a street-level front door entry and back doors leading to on-site private parking, makes loading and unloading equipment and crew exceptionally easy. Lalita consists of 3 bedrooms; each entirely different with their own individual style/color scheme, 1 movie room/den, 2 full bathrooms, a full chef's kitchen with a 6-16 person dining table and an extremely spacious living room with a wide, round and colorful 'conversation couch'. Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings. Amazing spacious 1500 sqf studio with 14 feet ceilings is perfect for a wide range of photo/ video/film production shoot or art/event/ yoga/dance/ workshop,. The space could be modified depending on type the activity you want to use it for. The studio is flushed with direct sunlight. We have a black out option as well NATURAL LIGHT: Studio has large windows facing South - so you get a lot of daylight as the sun moves through the sky throughout the afternoon. This is a beautiful wellness center and cafe that can be used for events, meetings, parties, small weddings etc. It is totally renovated building completed in 2022. Our business has the full, two floor building that includes two open studio spaces, a cafe space, three bathrooms, three smaller offices/ treatment rooms. Each space can be rented individually based on availability and both floors can be rented together or separately as well. Please inquire before booking as our schedule is constantly changing.
