Restaurant Bar located in Downtown Los Angeles known for its fun vibes and party atmosphere. The venue measures 2,200 square feet with a max occupancy of 165. Catering and drinks services must be provided by the restaurant. Catering Service packages vary by party size, inquire for menu options and bar services. Seating is comprised of : 1 community table (10 people), 1 bar table (6 people), 12 main bar stools, 2 full tabletop booths (5-6 people), 3 half table top booths (2 people per table). Additional seating may be available upon request. Sound system is available at no charge -- must provide own music player or a DJ can be provided upon request, price is TBD based on needs. This chic glamorous Hollywood Regency / Victorian (I know it doesn't go together..lol) DTLA loft is a Velvet Dream engulfed in 20ft ice silver drapes, it's like being inside a jewelry box. I designed this space to be perfect for shooting or filming. There are several different areas to create your masterpiece. I was able to create 10 different setups downstairs alone without even trying, so who knows what you can come up with. Hello and welcome to the penthouse! Capture stunning views of the entire city in this bird's eye penthouse loft, centrally located in Downtown LA's South Park neighborhood - directly across the street from the new Crypto Arena! Each room is drenched in the finest materials including velvet, gold, brass, custom blown glass all in a rich jewel-tone color palette. A blend of Art Deco, bohemian, Italian, and modern styles creates an eclectic yet luxurious decor style, giving you endless options for set design. The high-end fixtures include stainless steel appliances, touch-to-open cabinets, a massive island, a separate shower and tub, central A/C and heat, and humidifiers. All decor is available for use during shoots, as well as props. A detailed prop list is available upon request. Some of the available props include lighting, music equipment, luxury fashion boxes, kitchen supplies, plants, and more.
