We have two painted statement walls by talent from Anthropology and 100 year-old white and cream rugs direct from Istanbul which compliment our overall neutral palette. We’ve personally designed much of the loft’s furniture and gathered textiles, ceramics, and other one-of-a-kind objects from around the world. Our decor is a delicate balance of whimsy and bohemian modernity and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like living in the clouds. With spring almost here, it’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous this time of year, flooding into the space as early as 7am. Because I am an interior designer and my husband is a TV and commercial director, we understand the rigors of film production, and have designed the loft with that in mind. The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a live edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups.
