This lovely space is 1157 sqft. two stories ground-floor loft located in the heart of art district. Our more than 20ft tall floor-to-ceiling window wall will ensure an ideal amount of natural light filled in the space. This is a professional space dedicated to all types of events. Offsite bookings apply only Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (office hours) with a max. capacity of 12 people. For any other event, different rates apply and will increase the max. capacity to 30 attendees.

Our space is the perfect place for Events and Content Creation of any kind! Our highly instagramable venue features three intertwining sets, a glam station, a 60 foot Marley runway and a fierce lifestyle / event area complete with color programmable lighting.

Kindly note that your setup/wrap up time has to be within your booking period. Please note either myself or a site rep will be present on location in the office area on the mezzanine and will not intrude from start to end. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The studio is located in a beautiful penthouse loft in a 1920 building in Historic downtown LA. There are two elevators* to get up to the loft on the 14th floor. The space is 50ft x 40ft and there's 1800 SQ ft available for production. The ceiling is 15ft high (it's very high!!!) It has brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light and grey polished concrete flooring. Once closed, the thick blue velvet curtains block most of the day light. It's furnished and all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available, movable (with care ;) and usable for your set. Just place everything back where it was at the end of your booking. We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment and the studio comes with 3 continuous daylight balanced lights: one Godox SL200Wii, one Aputure 120d and one Godox SL60. They all have a softbox and are on C-stand. The STUDIO area - 12 ft wide seamless backdrop in white, black or chromakey green. (one load per booking) - photo/video lighting: an Apurture 120d, a Godox SL200wii and a SL60w with soft boxes and on c-stands. - Vanity Mirror with a stool for Hair/Make-Up Artists. - Bluetooth sound system - High Speed Internet - additional backdrop stands upon request - clothing rack and hangers - 3 apple box - sand bags - extension cords and outlets The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equipped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 3 beautiful wooden tables 3x4ft each - 1 Extra folding table upon request (3x6ft) - 10 black wooden chairs (more upon request) - kitchen island - 4 bar stools The LOUNGE area - 3 couches - 1 coffee tables - 2 arm chairs - 2 lamps - rug - 1 bathroom/changing room The bedroom and the mezzanine are off-limits unless previously agreed upon. Additional on-site equipment rental service (Cameras, sound gear, additional lights, tripod, stands, dolly, etc) Regarding sound, the loft is on the 14th floor and isn’t facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. *Elevators dimensions W76xL57xH91 inches and the door is 82x42. It's easy to roll in and load your equipment from the parking lot to the loft. We are a multi-purpose venue and creative space located in Hollywood’s Media District. Our aesthetic is simple and industrial with white brick and exposed wooden beams. This studio is ideal for music and dance rehearsals, photo shoots, filming, casting, workshops, performances, classes and other industry events.

Our sun-drenched, bi-level loft boasts 25 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to our many southeast facing windows. We have two painted statement walls by talent from Anthropology and 100 year-old white and cream rugs direct from Istanbul which compliment our overall neutral palette. We’ve personally designed much of the loft’s furniture and gathered textiles, ceramics, and other one-of-a-kind objects from around the world. Our decor is a delicate balance of whimsy and bohemian modernity and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like living in the clouds. With spring almost here, it’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous this time of year, flooding into the space as early as 7am. Because I am an interior designer and my husband is a TV and commercial director, we understand the rigors of film production, and have designed the loft with that in mind. The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a live edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Or, if you're looking to host an event, our 18 foot curated banquet table is perfect for a beautiful bridal shower or dinner party. The master bedroom is a favorite for photo shoots and gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bedroom connects to our large master bathroom, which is often used for a makeup and wardrobe changing area. Upstairs you’ll find the crown of the loft, our Caravana lounge, which is filled with low custom-made Moroccan cushions and pillows, organic hemp and goats wool Turkish rugs, painted statement walls, and our new majestic eight foot floor mirror custom built from wood beams of an ancient temple in Jakarta. With an array of unique decor, textures, and vignettes, the lounge upstairs is spectacular for creating content. Directly outside the loft are a pair of modern ten foot tables ideal for crew lunches, craft services, and clients thanks to our 5G wifi. We also have a loading ramp that makes moving equipment a breeze and tons of free parking. The loft is PERFECT for any size of production. Inquire about pricing and details. House Rules: Productions & filming have a 1 hour minimum. ALL EVENTS have a 4 hour minimum requirement. No smoking, animals, or fire. Space is limited to 30 max people for events. Alcohol not provided. Guests must provide their own alcohol. All events offering bar service are required to hire one of our bartenders at $25/hour + tips. Outside catering is ok! No food allowed inside the speakeasy. We also require a $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any possible damages or overages. The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours from the close of the event unless damages have been reported. When booking your event please be sure to include time for set-up and break-down if needed. There are no early entries. If capacity is exceeded we will charge $30/person over the allowed capacity, and shut down the door if needed.
