Welcome to our sunny and spacious modern Venice Beach house. It is located on Main St, just a few steps away from Abbot Kinney and a block from the beach. Inside the 2,000 sqft, you will find two separate units. Downstairs we have a large patio deck, fitted with a BBQ grill, a large wooden dining set, fitted with umbrella that seats six people. There is also a single carport garage with modern sliding gates, that has convenient access to an alley for loading/unloading of any large items or production equipment. Inside the downstairs unit we have a full chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a large white quartz counters. The unit features mid-century modern inspired furnishings, including 2 couches, large floor rug, and glass coffee table. The house comes fully equipped lightning fast wifi (Google Wifi). The bedroom has a full sized wooden bed, two bedside tables and chair, and built in closets. The space features wooden floors throughout. There is a large glass shower/restroom. In the upstairs unit, enjoy immense natural light. It is an expansive open concept living area. Full bathroom with separation between large glass steam shower room and restroom, and a large soaking tub outside. This studio bedroom comes complete with a metal four poster California King Bed. The space offers a refined sleek, mid-century modern aesthetic with wooden flooring throughout. To date, we have hosted over 100 productions would love to be a part of your next project! The house has served as a backdrop/set for countless network TV pilots, feature films, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, student films and major brand commercials. Rules PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. We also require an insurance policy in the homeowners name and a $2500 deposit to be paid with check or via PayPal in which will be returned within 3 business days if the property suffers no damages. We also require our location manager to be on site at a fee of $250 for a crew of 8 or less, $450 for larger crews for unto 10hrs then $40 dollars an hour there after. The base rate starts at $250 an hour for for a crew of 8 or less, crews of 8-12 pay additional $50 an hour, crews of 12-16 pay an additional $100 an hour and crews of 16-20 pay an additional $150 an hour. This is due to more wear and tear to the house over time. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. SECURITY--there are exterior security cameras on premises directed toward the gate entrances which can be turned off upon request.

This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc. It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here. The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events. We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy. IMPORTANT Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. BOOKED HOURS Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. PARKING Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. ELEVATOR The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets. SECURITY CAMERAS Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

This space was carefully crafted, each step of the curation process was fueled by imagination and creativity. The space emulates a modern, terrarium-like oasis with all of the amenities to serve an array of events from team meetings, workshops, seminars, trainings, small off-site conferences, photo shoots/filming, pop-up shops. The 2,000 sf space includes a live-edge conference table, small office desk, comfortable seating, access to outdoor seating, a kitchen, bathroom, shelving, AC/heating, and beautiful natural lighting. Located on the second floor of the Paseo Colorado shopping mall, foot traffic is light and the surrounding area is extremely safe. Easy access to a multitude of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as hundreds of underground parking spots and street parking. Loading dock and freight elevator access are also available.

This striking space is part of a 16-unit complex designed between 1926 and 1939 by R.M. Schindler​, one of the forefathers of Modern architecture, on a street-to-street downward sloping lot in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Schindler’s client for the project was his friend Herman Sachs, a Romanian-born muralist and decorator known for his work on the Bullocks Wilshire Building, Union Station, and City Hall. Synonymous with old Hollywood glamour, the apartment at this Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument feels like being in a bygone era. It’s an inspiring space, with improbably high ceilings and a huge window showcasing the unobstructed views overlooking Los Feliz, the iconic Hollywood sign, and the Griffith Observatory. The space employs extensive use of glass, plaster, and wood – characteristics of the Modernist style with which Schindler is usually associated – in addition to a distinctive art deco flair. Sachs was known for using his studio loft workspace as a gathering space, often hosting dinners and concerts for his coterie of bohemian friends. During a painstaking three year restoration, the original cabinetry, finishes, and Schindler-designed furniture were carefully researched and, wherever possible, restored or re-created. The first floor space has an airy, open concept living/dining room and full kitchen, in addition to a half bath and large closet/storage space (in addition to a Origin Acoustics 7.1 surround-sound speaker system with six recessed speakers and subwoofer, Paradigm soundbar, high-end projector, and hanging art installation system. Use of these features may be possible, depending on the intended usage). The second floor space has a sleeping space with daybed, full bathroom, and entryway/office that is ideal for hair and makeup. Schindler was a genius at window placement - natural light streams throughout every nook and cranny of the apartment. The Platform Home designed furniture (tables, stacking chairs, couch, hexagon seater, stools, daybed, etc.) has been selected for easy breakdown or reconfiguration, making the apartment an ideal setting for a multitude of shoots and events.

Our space is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. Please note filming, if a larger group, is at an increased rate customized based on size of production.

A private 50 acre retreat nestled inside the Santa Monica Mountains, a short commute from Los Angeles and minutes away from Malibu’s Finest Beaches. The retreat is surrounded by national reserve, providing a uniquely secluded location. The compound consists of banquet halls, conference rooms, bungalows/cabins, modular homes, garage, barn, gazebo, out buildings, pool, 2 upgraded working wells and hundreds of mature Oak Trees. A year round creek extends the full length of the property with an Arizonia Crossing that leads to an extensive connecting trail system, helicopter pad, elevated viewing pads, tennis court, natural corral, an amphitheater and multiple outdoor event spaces. The property is uniquely zoned R & R which allows for multiple operations.

Glass Mountain is an uninterrupted 1/2 acre from Thomas St. down to Two Tree Ave. Recent shoots include Lancome with Zendaya & Sia, Jaden Smith, Ford Escape, and many more.

A historic landmark featured in major films and photo shoots. Built in 1928, currently a bridal salon/retail space, which can be used as is, or re-styled to suit your needs. The beautiful exterior welcomes you with a brick facade and turtle pond at the entrance. Inside, the main room is light-filled (perfect for film photography), with an elegant arrangement of antique furniture. The tall, original hand-painted wood beamed ceilings, mural wall, grand mirrors and stone archway tell a story of another time. Complete with 2 large dressing rooms, and a gown gallery filled with vintage inspired wedding dresses. The back office area consists of 3 offices, 3 restrooms, a sewing workroom, and full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and microwave, perfect for crew lunches and/or catering setup.
