Welcome to our sunny and spacious modern Venice Beach house. It is located on Main St, just a few steps away from Abbot Kinney and a block from the beach. Inside the 2,000 sqft, you will find two separate units. Downstairs we have a large patio deck, fitted with a BBQ grill, a large wooden dining set, fitted with umbrella that seats six people. There is also a single carport garage with modern sliding gates, that has convenient access to an alley for loading/unloading of any large items or production equipment. Inside the downstairs unit we have a full chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a large white quartz counters. The unit features mid-century modern inspired furnishings, including 2 couches, large floor rug, and glass coffee table. The house comes fully equipped lightning fast wifi (Google Wifi). The bedroom has a full sized wooden bed, two bedside tables and chair, and built in closets. The space features wooden floors throughout. There is a large glass shower/restroom. In the upstairs unit, enjoy immense natural light. It is an expansive open concept living area. Full bathroom with separation between large glass steam shower room and restroom, and a large soaking tub outside. This studio bedroom comes complete with a metal four poster California King Bed. The space offers a refined sleek, mid-century modern aesthetic with wooden flooring throughout. To date, we have hosted over 100 productions would love to be a part of your next project! The house has served as a backdrop/set for countless network TV pilots, feature films, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, student films and major brand commercials. We also require an insurance policy in the homeowners name and a $2500 deposit to be paid with check or via PayPal in which will be returned within 3 business days if the property suffers no damages. We also require our location manager to be on site at a fee of $250 for a crew of 8 or less, $450 for larger crews for unto 10hrs then $40 dollars an hour there after. The base rate starts at $250 an hour for for a crew of 8 or less, crews of 8-12 pay additional $50 an hour, crews of 12-16 pay an additional $100 an hour and crews of 16-20 pay an additional $150 an hour. This is due to more wear and tear to the house over time. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. This unique bohemian home encompasses the organic freedom of a California lifestyle.

This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc. It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here. The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events. We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy. IMPORTANT Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. BOOKED HOURS Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. PARKING Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. ELEVATOR The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets. SECURITY CAMERAS Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

Artist Studio in Treehouse Cabin with natural trails on spacious property Nestled in the heart of Topanga this 2 acres property features a rustic treehouse cabin with a large artist studio on the second level. The studio area has vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, 2 skylights, bamboo floors, 3 glass sliding doors and lots of natural light. The studio also has a wood deck that wraps around 2 sides of the structure, overlooking the creek. Below the studio treehouse, there is an open-air space with concrete floors that works great for staging and other various production needs. This area has optional canvas curtains for more privacy and can also be utilized for filming if it fits your location needs. This treehouse studio is situated in the center of our grounds offering easy access to all other areas around the property! Surrounding the treehouse there is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval. The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a natural wood bridge that overlooks the natural creek-bed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creek-bed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees. There are also several vantages points to shoot the creek from high angles. Additional interior areas may be available upon request and on a case by case basis. A generator is available onsite for excess power capabilities. The on-site manager will also be available during shoots. Parking for up to 9 vehicles or 4 trailers on site, as well as street parking available on the boulevard. There is a nearby lot ( 2 min drive) available for rent for multiple large trailers, production trucks, and shuttle service. This property has been used in several films including Prizzi's Honor directed by John Huston.
