Our sun-drenched, bi-level loft boasts 25 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to our many southeast facing windows. We have two painted statement walls by talent from Anthropology and 100 year-old white and cream rugs direct from Istanbul which compliment our overall neutral palette. We’ve personally designed much of the loft’s furniture and gathered textiles, ceramics, and other one-of-a-kind objects from around the world. Our decor is a delicate balance of whimsy and bohemian modernity and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like living in the clouds. With spring almost here, it’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous this time of year, flooding into the space as early as 7am. Because I am an interior designer and my husband is a TV and commercial director, we understand the rigors of film production, and have designed the loft with that in mind. The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a live edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Or, if you're looking to host an event, our 18 foot curated banquet table is perfect for a beautiful bridal shower or dinner party. The master bedroom is a favorite for photo shoots and gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bedroom connects to our large master bathroom, which is often used for a makeup and wardrobe changing area. Upstairs you’ll find the crown of the loft, our Caravana lounge, which is filled with low custom-made Moroccan cushions and pillows, organic hemp and goats wool Turkish rugs, painted statement walls, and our new majestic eight foot floor mirror custom built from wood beams of an ancient temple in Jakarta. With an array of unique decor, textures, and vignettes, the lounge upstairs is spectacular for creating content. Directly outside the loft are a pair of modern ten foot tables ideal for crew lunches, craft services, and clients thanks to our 5G wifi. We also have a loading ramp that makes moving equipment a breeze and tons of free parking. The loft is PERFECT for any size of production. Space is limited to 30 max people for events. Alcohol not provided. Guests must provide their own alcohol. All events offering bar service are required to hire one of our bartenders at $25/hour + tips. Outside catering is ok! No food allowed inside the speakeasy. We also require a $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any possible damages or overages. The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours from the close of the event unless damages have been reported. When booking your event please be sure to include time for set-up and break-down if needed. There are no early entries. If capacity is exceeded we will charge $30/person over the allowed capacity, and shut down the door if needed.
