Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

Welcome to our dance studio, a perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, and more. Our studio features a long mirror and high ceilings, providing ample space for a variety of activities. The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering. In addition to this, we are open to dance rehearsals, acting, singing, musicals, various performances, and even acrobatics and aerial performances, as equipment can be hung from the ceiling. Our location is a gastropub, restaurant and beer garden. Our 40 seated bar has 50 beer taps, provides a great location for scenes as well as photo shoots. Modern with a touch of bar atmosphere, your location is here. Our 2500 soft courtyard is unique space for our area. the open area is flexible in space, though we do offer tables and modern seating.
