It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. It is located on the ground floor. It is in a convenient location in Long Island City, Queens, accessible to both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Rental space is 986 sqft. Property type: commercial space-easy conversion to suit your needs. You have the option to set up it up as a conference space for meetings/ workshops/ presentations or for small intimate gatherings. The basement is also available to your event if needed (pictures included). Drum set will be removed before your event. Chairs are included for your event if needed. Audio, Visual and Microphones can be rented with a separate fee. Property manager on site. - No kitchen available, catering is acceptable, no hard liquor allowed on premises. Our space is located in Industrial Maspeth. 900 sq ft of space to use for your photoshoots, video-shoots, and small intimate events. Were about 20 mins from Manhattan via the 495 highway , 3 bus stop 2 blocks from us b38, Q54 ,B57 and a 13 min walk from the Jefferson stop on the L train and adjacent to the knockdown center. The space is flooded with natural light, huge windows, and high ceilings. There is also access to a rooftop overlooking Manhattan.
