Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

This is a yoga and wellness studio located in the heart of Long Island City. It is an open space filled with natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows. The studio is kept in a very neat and clean condition. It's a creative space and a sanctuary with a few big plants inside the studio. We have daily yoga and meditation classes so the floor is kept very clean. The space is also perfect for exhibitions, photoshoot, workshops, group circles/meetings, and ceremonies. We welcome any creative uses. There's a reception area, and a barn sliding door that leads to the main studio. There's a no-shoe policy in the main studio space. WE kindly asks guests to remove shoes in the reception area. To respect our neighbors, loud noise/music is not allowed. Pets are welcomed.

This modern chic all white canvas allows it to suit many different event needs, including parties, sweet 16, bar mitzvah, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, business meetings, exhibitions, lectures, pop up shop and weekly classes and much more. My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. We are conveniently located off of Court Square and nearby Queensboro Plaza. 1.5 blocks from the E,G,M, & 7 trains, 3 blocks from the N/W, and 6 blocks from the R and F trains. We are just 5-10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, 15 - 25 from Downtown, and a hop over the water from Brooklyn. Our community-built facility is a 1500 sq ft fully soundproofed analog & digital studio located in Queens, New York. Created to record all genres and styles of music and audio experimentation while also serving as a wonderful arena for creativity. You can use our studio as a zone for photo shoots, video productions, podcasting shoots, documentary or film shoot, small professional gatherings, songwriting, rehearsal space, and much more. When not rented out our studio is usually used for recording hardcore and punk music projects, yet we are versatile in what we can accommodate, if you are seeking to use our studio for recording initiatives. We additionally can offer the services of our in-house recording engineers and producers for your services. Some of our equipment includes a vintage Trident 24 Console, Ampex 440B, Tascam MS-16, Avalon VT-737SP, 1950’s Berlant Tube Preamps (x4), 90’s Marshall JCM-900, and more!
