A beautiful and imaginative industrial artists living loft. Beautiful light and atmosphere. Furniture and props easily moved. The garden is lovely to shoot or have a break in. Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.

Our state of the art sound stage is loaded with amenities including: Massive Video Wall RGBW LED Lighting LED Moving Heads Turbo Sound Audio System Resolume Media Server Haze Machine Green Screen And Various Backdrops The space is perfect for Photo/Video shoots, you can easily create multiple scenes in one space. We are also equipped to handle podcasts, music videos and private events.

Our spacious 2000 sq ft event space is separated into 4 rooms. 2 fully equipped music production rooms, a state of the art video suite and our gallery style lobby. Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.

Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?  COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events.
