Hello, thanks for looking at our place. The house's simple and timeless design evolves around sunlight, enjoyment of nature and symbolizes the famous modern California lifestyle in its best form. It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision. This website only allows 20 pics, so it's not possible to show all the details. Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour. The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered. Extensive Garden + Grounds Two dining rooms Two foyers Living room All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk. 10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings. 11) Please clean up after yourselves.

The space is 2,150 sq ft size with reception area available upon request. it is perfect for meetings, workshops, powwows, photo/video shoots, celebrations, etc. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of energy and light it is within walking distance from new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. You are always welcome to stop by to see it before booking. We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, 2 large Whiteboards, Flipcharts, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, teapot and a large assortment of teas, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV, turntable with a tidy collection of really cool LPs. We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. Wine glasses or whatever else you need available upon request. Just let us know or ask in advance. Our conference tables can be easily folded and taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A restroom is a few feet away from the conference room. Additional storage area is available. A host will personally greet attendees to make sure all of their needs are met. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to start earlier or finish later we will try to accommodate your schedule. A Secret Garden and Creative Event space filled with textures, angles, natural light and live plants is hidden in one of the most quintessential San Francisco neighborhoods. Located in the heart of Historic Russian Hill you will discover this beautiful home & garden. Creative space, gathering space, working space. A mix of vintage and modern with lots of amenities available. We are feet away from three Michelin starred restaurants, several dining options, amazing coffee purveyors, as well as close to great grocery, hardware and drug stores.

Full height and width sliding doors focus on the skyline, so from anywhere in the gallery-like, open -layout home our guests can enjoy both the amazing views as well as the unique spatial qualities of the space. The flexible space of dining & living room, and upper loft, can be used in a variety of layouts, from a conference room setting to a social gathering. The lower floor offers a breakout space has equal views and very tall ceilings. This strikingly modern, 'brutiful' home has no equal in San Francisco. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, illuminated landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceilings (13') is also available. On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes. This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs that is already in the space for your use. JBL speaker + wifi are available upon request. Security cameras are on site. You are welcome to supply alcohol and food on your own. No alcohol/ food minimums and flexible rental hours.
