Our film and photo studio was recently converted from a beachy bungalow, and boasts great natural light and a prime location. The studio is only one block away from the beaches of Santa Monica. The world famous Santa Monica Pier is less than a mile away, and Venice Beach and the 3rd Street Promenade are one mile away. The studio includes a small kitchen as well as a restroom, a driveway, and a quaint backyard.

Beautiful and versatile 710 sq ft classroom with industrial details and hardwood floors available for corporate events, community meetings, and more! We are located off the Promenade with easy access to dining, shopping, and public transport. Enjoy a light and airy atmosphere with access to a private entrance, if needed, and many standard amenities. We offer the latest in connectivity such as high-speed internet and big screen TVs with HDMI and USB. Our space is easily configurable, also ideal for use by yoga classes and meditation workshops. We have 50 stacking chairs and 14 long folding tables that can be set to your ideal use. No Smoking No Alcohol No Pets Please restore the room to its original condition. All rentals include setup and tear-down time.

Creative, relaxed workspace located just off Santa Monica Blvd. Large windows overlook a small, garden with greenery. Remote controlled window shades will ensure you get the exact amount of light you need. A large, organically shaped conference table sits in the center of the room with a series of paper lanterns over head as the statement light fixture. Individual workstations and two lounge areas sit along the edges of the room. Ergonomic office chairs throughout. Numerous potted plants and a small fountain create the perfect ambiance. Mid-century lounge chairs are comfortable and cozy. Kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, and seating for four located in a separate room. Two private bathrooms located off of the kitchenette. This location is available ONLY on Saturdays and Sundays.

This incredible open kitchen sets the perfect backdrop for cooking demos, tv shows, and so much more. Miele appliances (double oven, gas stove top, and double fridge) anchor the space for a high end cooking experience. A spacious 10' island with built in gas stove top offers plenty of counter space for chopping, prepping, and displaying kitchen appliances and gadgets. The oven features a variety of cooking settings including roasting, baking, steaming, bread proofing, broiling and more. The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for a variety of shoot settings. Behind the main kitchen is a hidden prep kitchen with an additional set of appliances (another gas range, fridge, dishwasher and more storage space) perfect to keep all the mess away from the camera.
