We’ve created a beautiful space for you that has everything you need, so you don’t have to bring anything besides your subjects and your camera and laptop. We offer you 2,500 sq ft of beautiful contemporary all white space with a large corner cyc wall, 14" ceilings and giant South-West facing windows that provide gorgeous daylight (blackouts available, as well), beautiful make up station that can seat up to 4 models, and a stylish comfortable green-room. And, to make your life easier and your production cheaper, we are offering a lot of grip and EQ included in your rental (List is below). Whatever lighting we don't have in stock, we are happy to source it for you from a near-by rental house (additional cost). ******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! Located in the most convenient part of the Financial District with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, our multi-functional space has been serving the production industry since 1907. Newly renovated in 2008 with Brazilian Rosewood floors, white exposed brick walls, and tall ceilings, our studio is flooded with natural light and charm. Encompassing the entire sixth floor, this 3100 square feet expanse includes a separate daylight makeup room, conference/styling greenroom, fully functional kitchen, and lounge area. A full line of lighting and grip equipment is available on site (see below), although you are allowed to bring your own. Perfect for mid-size e-comm, still life and fashion editorial productions. Includes a grip + production package with a rental value of $400, see included items below. OCCUPANCY Studio A maximum occupancy is 15. EQUIPMENT We are a full-service photo studio providing rental equipment. We can fill any equipment needs provided your request is received at least 48 hours prior to shoot. Personally-owned equipment is welcome. All rented equipment must be sourced through the studio. A fee of 50% of the total studio rate applies for any outside vendor equipment entering the studio. A NOTE REGARDING AUDIO RECORDING Our studios are not sound-stages and are located in a building with other tenants. Audio recording may pick up sound from other studios, neighboring tenants, and general surroundings. Some productions have successfully rolled sound here however since every production is different we strongly urge that you schedule a time to scout to see if our studios meet your needs. We cannot advise on nor make any claim to the suitability of the facilities for recording audio for your production. Since we sometimes are hosting multiple shoots in our facilities and there are other tenants working in the building we are unable to create special audio-recording conditions. We, nor our guests, can not disturb other teams working in our studios nor other building tenants with requests to accommodate audio-recording needs. Bright, modern, spacious 3,000 sqft Brooklyn brownstone with clean minimalist decor and full of iconic mid-century modern furniture. The soaring 11 foot ceilings and the back wall made entirely of glass create a sunlight-flooded and airy living space on the first floor. The master bedroom has 20 foot ceilings, providing extra drama to an elegantly furnished room. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble and a large soaking tub. The nursery is warm and cozy with a Scandinavian aesthetic. Both the nursery and an additional bedroom on the third floor (not pictured) face south and have great sunlight all year round. There is also a deck, a private backyard, and an a separate one bedroom apartment on the garden level.
