Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings. We are a private full service studio unlike anything you have experienced before. All our full day rentals come complete with a freshly painted cyclorama, hair and makeup area, steamer, clothing racks, flash and constant lighting, grip, rollers, c stands, v flats, grip, diffusion, flags, apple boxes, extensions cords, 30 inch monitor and much much more. We have everything you need to simply show up with some great ideas and leave with some incredible content. We are located on the ground floor of a quiet block. Our unmarked exterior insures total privacy for talent and crew alike. Parking is never a problem. We are 2 blocks form the L train and a 10 min drive from lower Manhattan. Chill out in our client seating area, watch the 50 inch flat screen tv, play our vintage Atari, or throw some vinyl on our record player. Grab some complimentary coffee or water. Connect your phone to our sound system via bluetooth to make sure you have the perfect energy for your shoot day. Our speedy wifi will ensure your entire crew's selfies will be uploaded at lighting speed. We always have on site concierge service to help our productions with anything they might need. Our bright film/photo studio has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. Close the roller shades to black the space out and have full control of your lighting. We have speedrail above to hang lights and plenty of space for your crew to spread out. Just down the hall edit bays and client holding are available upon spacial request.

My home is located in the heart of Williamsburg. Well known neighborhood for it being a hot location for movie rental equipment and for shoots. My Penthouse is unique, artistic and has one of the best City views in the area. I have a beautiful cozy and professional kitchen and my shared spaces are very warm and full of light and character. I have access to a large private rooftop with amazing views.

Our 1000 sq. ft industrial loft Space features high ceilings and all you need to host a table reading, small workshop, film or photo shoot or mini writing retreat. Accessible by the L, G, B32, B62 there’s many ways to access our location that is only 30 minutes from the city. The space can fit 25 guests comfortably and has access to a rooftop and freight elevator. Students receive discount on the day rate (full 12 hour day). Please ask us if you have any specific requirements or questions and we will try our best to accommodate. Please confirm your equipment package and weight to arrange access to freight elevator. My space is best for a midday photoshoot and for production storage. I have an entire extra room for office/ storage that is used while shooting in the family room. The purpose of this space is mainly for photoshoot in bedroom and kitchen/living room, along with production team (event and photo) storage in the extra bedroom.
