We are located in a fully renovated 1920s industrial space in Sunset Park that was once a patisserie and paint distribution factory. The ground floor is a 5,000 sq. ft. pristine event venue with 17 ft. ceilings and exclusive street level access delivered as a flexible white box with authentic historic architectural details that retain hints of the building’s past. The ground floor event space is ideal for photo shoots, music video production, film shoots, brand collaborations, fashion shows, art installations, lectures, weddings, parties and dinners. A large central skylight provides dynamic natural light. Two historic steel support columns were left intentionally in their found condition to add warmth and authenticity to the architecture. Second Floor Studios 10 and 12 are 5-600 square feet with 10 ft. ceilings that can accommodate exhibitions, workshops, lectures, performances and photoshoots. I live in a classic historic Flatbush townhome with an open floor plan. Two full floors of the house are available for rent. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are on the main parlor floor. Each room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor boards running through the whole apartment. The rooms are separated by large arches between each room allowing the house to feel open and grand, and is great for photography and film crews who need wide angles and depth for their shots. The decor of the house leans cottage core and bohemian with lots of natural wood tones, billowing curtains between each room, and eclectic furniture and art. I also have a private garden with a porch in connected to the kitchen. The garden level of my apartment houses my 2nd living room, art space, guest bedroom and music studio. All spaces are open for photo and film shoots, dinner parties, and other artistic ventures. Special features for film/photoshoots -There is space outdoors on my property to place lights outside all the windows (on both sides of the house) -There is plenty of holding space in the lower level for extra equipment, break rooms, and more -Open floor plan allows for wide angles -There are two front entrances that access the house -A bathroom on each floor -Kitchen is extremely unique, you won't find another kitchen like this in nyc!

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking.
