Once a social club, this unique corner space tucked away from the bustle of South Williamsburg is a dreamscape for creatives and makers of all kinds. Any of the three rooms here lend themselves to the versatility of an intimate gathering, retail pop up, art gallery, movement class, workshop, and anything more one might imagine.
The 900 sq ft first floor has two large walls on opposing ends of the space that open floor-to-ceilings doorways to each street, inviting passersby to wander in, or guests to flow freely in and out. A custom spiral staircase takes you from the main corner room into a 400 sq ft cool, seductive cavesque area full of LED color light options with space to dance, play or lounge.
Bluetooth Sound System: There are 4 large Bose speakers throughout the space. They are wired to every room so you have continuous sound throughout. Receiver can also hook up to a soundboard for a DJ to play.
There is a minimum of 4 hours bookings on weekends.

🜁 Check-In
The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed.
🜂 Check-Out
We provide you with a 30 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 5 hours. We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave.
🜃 Cleaning Fee
There is a cleaning fee of $100.

We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films. We have hosted 400+ events since opening in 2021.

HOUSE RULES
⟣ All reservations require a license agreement
All events/productions require a $500 security deposit to be collected prior to the start of reservation and to be returned the following day upon inspection. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events/productions. Additional insurance may also be required at the discretion of the host.
No smoking inside.
NO USE OF CANDLES (Other than for cake).
ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI.
⟣ Any glitter or confetti will result in a total loss of security deposit.
All decorations brought in must be removed and taken out or thrown away.
⎊ Music/Sound
Any sound system/speakers brought into the space must be approved by owner/manager/staff of Rosa New York.
Any live music must end by 10pm.
Music volume must remain at a fair volume that will not disturb the neighborhood. All music must be off by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete.
⎊ Guests
All guests must also exit the space by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete, unless they are participating in the clean up. It is 100% your responsibility to relay all rules and information about the space to your guests.
⎊ Food & Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave. If you wish to sell alcohol, you would need to obtain a permit from the city. Outside catering is allowed at no extra charge, but please inquire about our catering partners, they are amazing!
⎊ Garbage
We will provide plenty of garbage and recycling bags & bins. When your garbage is full, please dispose of it in the designated area.(i.e. don’t put balloons with air inside garbage, place garbage in the allocated garbage dumpsters, don’t leave decorations hanging from the tree, etc.) Please try to recycle and most importantly break down any boxes left behind.
An extra cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if food, plates, cups, etc. are not thrown out, and boxes are not broken down and put in the designated area. Please place all garbage in the garbage, and we will take care of the rest.
⎊ Furniture
Please make sure to move all furniture back to its original position. Downstairs furniture must remain downstairs. Upstairs furniture must remain upstairs. Any damage to space or furniture may result in extra charges.
⎊ Checkout
Please be ready for walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking time. A fee of $250 will be charged if you are not checked out on time, and an additional $250 will be charged every 30 minutes that the space is still occupied by you or your guests.

We are a newly built studio located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Our studio provides the opportunity for all of your creative needs from production to galleries, and events. Excellent for your photo/video shoots, Interviews, and bringing all of your creative ideas to life!
The studio is one large 1600 sqft space, with 13ft ceilings and gorgeous brick. The space is a combination of a clean gallery feel in the front of house, and a beautiful raw industrial vibe in the back of house. The studio gets natural lighting from multiple light sources that can also be blacked out.
We are located on the ground floor with ramps for load-in if needed, and free street parking all around the block. We are a short walk to the Red Hook Piers or DUMBO. A 10 minute walk to the F/G Carroll stop, or directly outside the Battery Tunnel/BQE.
We do have equipment and prop rentals available if needed, please inquire about full list ( Not all EQ will be available in house and will need to be requested ahead of time.)

The gallery has been operating for more than 20 years. Artist, musician and visionary Shawn James established the space to facilitate creativity in all disciplines. The space has always maintained the goal of providing New York City artists with affordable and flexible performance, exhibition, and music rehearsal space.
The Space:
This space is an affordable spot for artists, photographers, musicians, and filmmakers to hold shows, shoots, concerts, or screenings. The space itself comes in at 3,000 sqft with plenty of natural light, 15’ ceilings, and a reasonable rental rate.
We have table and chairs available as well as a projector should you need to host a meeting, film, or workshop. Flexibility is at the heart of the space.
The space can comfortably handle 75-100 guests for a screening, game night, workshop, lecture, meeting, private party etc.
$100/hr is our base rate and is subject to change depending upon the specifics of your event.
The Location:
This studio is accessible by both the G and the 7 trains and located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. There is on-street parking available, but not guaranteed.
About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space.
If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time.
We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present.
11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

My space has been recently remodeled and looks great! The design is warm and cozy and the layout is perfect for a large group, party, reception, shower, film shoot or casual business affairs. We can also host kids birthday parties that include unlimited pinball and karaoke! We have excellent beverages and access to a full list of catering options. The sound system is great and we have some vinyl Dj equipment available to use. We have a large screen projector available to tie into. We have warm and friendly staff that help make for a really memorable event!
Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience.
In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored.
Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.)
Full working kitchen.
Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth.
HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone.

House Rules:
Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup.
Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time.
$750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime.
Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof.
No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only.
Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines.
No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please.
House speakers are for use connecting to phone or laptop only, DJs must bring and use their own equipment.

This unique home has been carefully crafted bit by bit over years of detailed attention and love. It is the photographer's dreamscape. 9 skylights and the "stairway to heaven" will give you epic lighting and set the tone for a perfect afternoon event, you choose! Very delicate, so expect to take utmost care. No wild parties, but we invite celebration.
