It's a new space, and so far has been quiet enough for recording clean audio. That said, we are not a sound stage and can't guarantee that there won't be occasional sounds from the hallway, or a random car horn. 1700sqft of fairly raw shooting space and approximately 18' ceilings. The studio is equipped with a very large rollgate, through which a small truck or can can pull right on to the shooting floor. Loading in/out is a breeze. There is also a motor raised 12'x12' square truss overhead that is rated to hold at least 2000lbs. Ideal for photo or video productions that require small or medium sized builds such as tabletop or product photography. If you have equipment needs of any kind, please feel free to let me know and I would be happy to help you source everything! That said, you are welcome to rent or bring your own equipment.
