Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully furnished living and dining area. High ceilings, vintage furniture, fireplaces, and plants throughout the townhouse will give you a variety of aesthetics and looks whether on-camera or off. Guests will have access to our backyard and private patio. Production equipment is not provided, but street-level access makes loading in and out very easy. Guests will have full access to the kitchen during their rental period. We are a short 10-minute walk from the Bedford L train and a 5-minute walk from the Greenpoint Ave/Manhattan Ave G train.

Our home is a newly renovated landmarked Brooklyn brownstone. It spans about 2800 SF (260 Sqm) over three floors. Located in Fort Greene, on Clermont Ave., a wide tree-lined boulevard in the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn. As an architect that specializes in Brooklyn brownstones, I carefully crafted the design of the old and the new. We created open, whitewashed and light filled spaces while incorporating the unique three-dimensional ceiling moldings, carved wood doors and windows and exposed brick walls. All finishes, furniture pieces and lighting fixtures were handpicked over the course of a decade from flea markets in upstate NY, Industrial yards, and reclaimed material from Brooklyn demolitions. These include bowling alley hardwood floor turned into kitchen countertop, warehouse lamps, fashion show stools, wrought iron fireplace, church pew, oversized reclaimed wood doors and more. The main parlor floor is an open layout of living room, dining, and kitchen. This 12’ high space opens up to a terrace overlooking the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with top tier appliances. The bedroom level below includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, master bathroom with large, glazed shower that opens to the bedroom and a second bedroom with a second full bath, and a soaking tub. The bottom level laced with original arched brick structure, is laid out as an open floor hosting an Arts and Crafts area and a gym and Yoga space that opens to a unique 4 terraced garden with large glass doors.
