We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.
Space 3-4, with 12+ ft ceilings and a 323 sq ft floor plan, is a newly remodeled permanent conference table set up, ready to be booked at $35 an hour. With the ability to accommodate up to 15 people, Space 3-4 houses a sturdy oval conference table, versatile lighting, acoustic installation, mobile dry-erase boards, a wall-mounted flat-screen television for presentations, screenings, and more.
Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available.

For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multiple days and after-hours bookings.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space.
If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time.
We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present.
11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.
